Comeptition advertised on login doesnt work (if bought via bank?)

I bought a large telkom mobile bundle through my bank. TAP2WIN (Still advertised on website) does not work if you bought a bundle through your bank. The terms and conditions do not say anything about the competition beng over nor any restrictions on wher you buy a bundle.
