Telkom Vincent Park Store! The sales persons don’t even know the terms of conditions of packages and cannot capture the deals available on the system. What this has caused is me to be stuck in limbo because you get shoved to the call centre by the Manager who reaffirmed the packages when taking it out - who also can’t help!
