COME ON TELKOM, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not been able to access my Telkomsa webmail since November 2023, and all attempts by email or sitting for hours on their 10210 number and going through all the options, and even when you get through and explain the issue, the answer is always the same that they cannot assist at the moment as they are experiencing technical problems with the webmail, but that they will escalate the query...... To whom one wonders as I am still waiting for a response. In addition, when you go through your account portal and request a call back, they phone from *** and when you answer nobody speaks to you. Beyond frustrated!!!!!!!!!! I am paying a fee monthly for a service which I am not receiving. COME ON TELKOM, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!! Any suggestions on how to get this resolved would be appreciated.
