Come on Telkom

Opened a new data contract with Telkom Mobile at their Westwood Mall branch. Not to long after I took the contract a better deal came out on the same device that was cheaper and offered more data ?????. I don’t believe the staff are unaware of upcoming deals. I went in and queried if I could be moved to the better deal as the contract was opened recently... to be told there is nothing they can do . Surely as a good will gesture Telkom should make a plan ??. I feel this is unfair and *********
