College Campaign Paid Telkom Mobile Data Expires while not Used!!!

Campaign Paid Telkom Mobile Data 20Gb and Campaign Paid Telkom Mobile Night Surfer Data 20Gb Expires before being used. I am on contract, and I received data for varsity. Unfortunately, this Campaign data does not get used. It is to expire on the 19th of July 2020 but I can't use it. The only data getting depleted is the one on the contract that has a longer shelve of till Sept 2020. This is just a mess Telkom. I can't use data for school? How? I thought the one depleted will be the one that expires early? This is not appropriate. A call centre agents tell me am done, "you cannot escalate this further, accept that that data is gone!" Terrible service there. 4oGb all that on the drain this Covid19 times. It is so uncalled for.
