Clueless Telkom Consultants and their bad service

I ordered a WiFi Routers in June with Telkom and received two Routers, I than called them two days after receiving them and cancelled one. They sent the same courier company who brought them to come and pick it up, however I was double charged for router that I cancelled and is seating with them. I than called Telkom and was on the phone with their useless consultants from 8:15 until 10:00 who could not solve my inquiry, they have been sending me up and down and one of them even dropped the phone on me. I than wrote on their Facebook page where I was asked for my ID No. which I gave and until today I haven't received anything from them. I have heard people complain about the poor and disappointing serve from Telkom and I am experiencing it. When their sales team needed to make a sale they were willing and happy to assist, however now that I need their team to fix something that was not captured by their departments they giving me the run around and their consultants are clueless with everything.
