Clueless staff members

I'm very disappointed with the service I got at the Telkom stand in Goodwood Mall, Cape Town on 04 December 2023 at around 15h30. I lost my phone on the 3rd and went there to get ITC number to process my insurance claim with TFG. The ladies there told me I cannot get it and I must go to TFG for help. This derailed my insurance claim process a lot because I couldn't do the police affidavit without that ITC number. I eventually got help telephonically on the 9th and it was instant. Those ladies had me convinced that I cannot get an ITC number from Telkom and I believed them. It would be nice if Telkom hired informed people in their stores.
