Clueless service agents. Downright horrible customer care

If there were negative stars I would give them - 200. Four whole months trying to get my case resolved. Several case numbers later, the billing department has not given me my refund. They wrongfully debited my account using debt collectors and this hurt my credit report. I'm never ever doing business Telkom ever again
