Disgusting attitude!

I have two 1GB freeme contracts. The one contract I can make calls to any network. The other contract I cannot make any calls as there are no minutes. I spoke to Tshepo Ntsende or some Tshepo and he did not want to assist me at all regarding the matter. He kept saying I use my monthly limit, but my sim card has not been used for 4 months. He stated that I need to read my contract, but when I tell him my issue is I can make phone calls on one contract and not the other (although it is exactly the same 2 contracts) he then cuts me off!

This is very unprofessional! I will move my contracts over to a different provider!
