Clueless and disorganised
<p>Received a sms saying my business mobile is due for an upgrade, advising that I call 10213 to upgrade. What a waste of time. 10213 says call 081180 and they say go back to 10213. How on earth do your departments not know who does what. Please get the right department to call me. </p>
