Closure of settled Account Telkom

I have been using a Data Telkom contract since last year March/April. The invoice that would come would stipulates volatile amounts, much higher than the amounts we agreed I would pay every month. I decided to try close/cancel my contract, I was told I need to pay a certain amount of 1099.99. My account was handed over to a collection company, I paid R2200.00 that was required for me to settle my account, I have, now I am not getting any response or help to close my contract and get my name removed from credit bureau.
