Closing faults without actually fixing the problem

In the last month Telkom have continuously closed faults without actually fixing them.
44ANK231215 - closed, not fixed
19BNK160116 - closed, not fixed
402CNK250116 - closed, not fixed
and a host of **** ones supp**** over Christmas in an obvious attempt to avoid any work. The most recent being 67BNK290116 to simply set my line speed back to 10MB because it is being throttled at 5MB for no apparent reason. This was done as a test to prove that the line was completely broken but was never reverted back to it's normal speed once the real issue was actually fixed (after 38 days). 67BNK290116 is now closed, but the line speed has not been corrected...

Why are these faults being closed without any corrective action. This seems too convenient because a new fault takes 7-10 days to be actioned each time and it's a constant back and forth. I've logged ANOTHER fault now but am yet to receive the number so that system seems to be broken as well.
