Closing calls without fixing them

I have logged 2 tickets and both are closed without testing or fixing the fault. People cannot hear me. I fade and come back. I need to make urgent calls and this is a family line. Please call me on the number ***. I am at my wits end. Your system does not allow for proper call logging or to respond. The app gives me an error. Please help this is desperate.
