Closing business

<p>I requested last year if telkom could move my line from my old premises to my new premises they said they could only do it in the new year which I have no issue with, they said my line would be moved on the 5th of January which they postponed to the 10th due to the technician not being able to make it, the 10th came and went and still no one has come and installed our new line!! So now I don't have a landline or adsl so no invoicing or reports can go out of my office which is having a serious affect on my cash flow!!! Telkom are the most useless company I have ever come across and the only reason you have to use them is because they have monopoly in the industry </p>
