Closing account issues

I have frustrating issues trying to close 2 accounts at Telkom.

I want to pay the outstanding balances, thats all but its impossible dealing with *********** people. I was in the branch today, we phoned the billing department, but are they useless and unable to help me, i spent 2 hours again in your Woodmead branch, still not resolved!!!
