Closer callcatcher removal Helkom

On 20/3/2018 i phoned Telkomto cancell the Closer call and Normal jack and weekender options on my landline.Ref ********** 37A. After keeping me on the line for 30 mins they said they will do so.With the next account i saw that it wasnot done and phoned again on 17/4/2018 .Again they keep you onthe line for 30 mins and eventually said that this problem is going to Their "IT" department and imust phone again in 48 hours .Again nothing happened.On 17 /5 i phoned again and was told they will fix it and i must phone again in 48 Hours. ref ********** . on 19/5/ i phoned again and was told "their lines are down '.You can see that they are using delayed tactict s to let you give up, But i wont. They will now be handed over to the National consumer protection agency
