Closed fault log without fixing the problem

***<br> <br> Telkom called to fix the fault I logged with them. When the person asked if someone is home to get access to the property to fixed the problem I asked the person to come the next day because I did not have keys to open for him. I later got an sms to say the problem was restored but no one came to the house to fix the problem So they just closed the fault for no reason.
