Closed complaint but issue not resolved

I have previously lodged a complaint wrt an amount on my name and no one can tell me for what or when it is. On 30 September I was notified via Hellopeter that they have sent me an e-mail and the issues is now viewed as resolved. Today 8 October, I am still waiting for that e-mail and the resolution to my compaint.
