I am Lindiwe M Ncwane i have a account with telkom and im using there internet so now since last week on the 9 i did not have internet even a dialing tone in my phone when i log into my account its did not allow me i did not know what happening then today i called telkom when i call them kept saying my account is suspended i asked why because i paid then they check and they see that i paid but still suspended later i call again they said my account is closed without me knowing how can they close my account now im losing customers im losing money im losing time i use internet for my job ..i demand attention from telkom i want my account back because i do not know why is being closed and who close it ..
