Close TELKOM landlines down - they are useless

I have various products with TELKOM like fiber, mobile lines and are fairly happy however I will never ever in my life recommend TELKOM for a landline at your home or business. I app**** for a VOIP unlimited line. The installation took forever to happen. After the line was installed I got a bill this weekend for a normal copper line. I called and TELKOM found out that they activated the incorrect type of line and billed me incorrectly. Ref No 713654 - TST and Ref No ***A. TELKOM I requested unlimited VOIP and not a normal copper line. Where is my VOIP phone (hardware) that I also requested. Give me call back and resolve the issue and refund me all cost above R422.00 since I was billed incorrectly. Account no ***. Call me urgently and resolve this issue. I spend over 3 hours already on the phone speaking to everyone from billing to sales and in between but TELKOM doesn't give a **** about putting me on the correct package. If this problem is not resolved in the next 48 hours I will consider closing this line or what other alternatives I can get with other VOIP providers. TELKOM should be ashamed of themselves being in the market this long they should know what works and what doesn't but they clearly just don't care.
