Close shop and try other business opportunities

The contract phone they gave me didn't last for 3 months as it was of poor quality, hisense. Now the contract has expired and when I cancel they tell me that it is impossible as the system is offline but they keep on calling me to take another contract. Their network can go for 2 days without working, running a business like that in 2024 and still expect customers to flock to your company? Where are their managers who are paid to think out of the box? Imagine having an emergency when their network has vanished into thin air?
