Close my account

I closed my account with in January, they said its a month notice but even today i am still billed for the same account... last month i went there to ask why is are they still billing me the lady apologized saying shes sorry she doesn't know why is my account still running i said it was okay and then she promised me shes cancelling it at that moment and gave me a cancellation number ***4 but even today the contract is not cancelled... im not willing to pay them anything month end its may now i cancelled this in January but its still active. PLEASE CLOSE THAT ACCOUNT I AM NOT PAYING FOR IT MONTH END.
