Close down your customer care line, it's pathetic!!!!

I am regretting porting over to this useless network. What would take other networks less than an hour to resolve is taking forever. What makes it more frustratin is the diferent information I'm given everytime I take my precious time to call the useless customer careline. After waiting +12 minutes each time, I'm convinced you are all sleeping in there and not doing what you're supposed to be doing......helping customers. The mere fact that your automated voice messages tell us customers to visit your community page to check for solutions to the problems we are experiencing is another slapback. Meaning you don't want to do your jobs. Pathetic!!!!
