Telkom is the worse people to deal with, speaking to them is like speak to a brick wall......to be honest I think I will get more joy from doing that. Firstly I called the call center like 5times only for the agents to give me all wrong information and then from the line on me, secondly the agents do not know what their are talking about everyone is giving you a different story.
