Clompaint to Telkom

My husband took a pocket router at Telkom so after a month they disconnected the router which we understand the reason so they told us to pay such amount for it to be connected again which we did on the last day of July but until now the router is still disconnected my husband called them yesterday they promised that we must wait for 5 to 24 hrs to be connected until now the router is off he called them again today they said the router is connected which they **** to us because its still off so I'm so angry because first of all I'm using my money to call them but they are not compliant at all to their customers
