CLOCKWORK!

The 20th of every month, our internet goes down. We have to phone in. Takes a week. And we start perfect from the beginning of the month!
UN ****EN BELIEVABLE!
I want a phone call tomorrow morning, or I'm taking this to the newspapers. I have over 5 months of this history and I've been collecting everything from all of your useless call centers. This profile gives my number out so you have zero excuses!

UNFORTUNATELY OUR FIBER IS SLOWER THAN THE NORMAL ADSL!
