CLIP activated on a DATA LINE

I have had 2 data lines with HELL-kom for a year now and 3 months ago I notices a CLIP service charge of R8.50 added onto my account without my authorization. I phones Hell-KOM, chatted with an agent as well and a complaint was raised, a lady contact me back requesting I email her my previous statements of which I did but till today the issue is not resolved, the CREAM of the CAKE is that I was advised the service is activated on all their lines by default.....why was mine never there before, moreover she assured me the service was deactivated BUT LOW and behold I was billed for it AGAIN THIS MONTH....SHOCKER!!!!
