I cannot believe that telkoms service has deteriorated to the degree which it has, there service and call center staff are ABSOLUTELY pathetic and non existent. They sell you a service and offer you no support at all, but are quick to grill you if you do not pay your monthly subscription. How they manage to survive boggles the mind. The sad part is they won't respond to this.
