CLIENTS NOT VALUED

I paid my account manually on the 29th June and since then my line was disconnected and every 15th they create negative in my bank account and also keep increasing my credit by putting extra R200 of which they are not doing their job, I have spoken to collection team, Team leaders including loch Logan branch but no help. I don't want it anymore nomatter how cheap they might be. I feel not valued by a company.
