Clients get cut off when asking for team leaders

Hi,

I once again phoned telkom mobile as my LTE is still not working. Case ********** 9

Same issue as the last 3 months. Re reported again. And i will keep reporting and posting negatively about telkom until its resolved or i am no longer a client

Agents are of no help. and when i ask to speak to a team leader my call gets cut.

So more of the same from telkom. Bad service and bad products.

Please cancel my contract. Telkom is the worst ISP in south africa.
