Client confidentiality policy

Hi, after writing my review yesterday about an agent who assisted me at Telkom Wonderpark, the agent has now taken my information from my Telkom records without my consent and opened a case against me... She has compromised my information by breaching the "client confidentiality" policy... This means that she has access to my personal information and she is able to ***** them from my records without my consent.
