They deactivated my father's sim after he upgraded and didn't provide him with another, so I call in to activate it and guess what, the advisor has an attitude with me and tells me to go the nearest shop to fix the problem. Honestly this is why people stay at vodacom, telkom sort your client care department out, please and thank you. Would rather pay the extra bit of cash for better service.
