CLI presntation billing on a mi-fi router HELLOOOO!!!

<p>Telkom account</p> <p>I took out a contract with Telkom on 11 November for R99pm (Mi-fi router). I was informed that I will be charged pro-rate for the number of days in November and thereafter full monthly instalments. Guess what? On 15 December 2016 the amount does R212.17. Even a grade 1 can do better Mathematics than Telkom. When I enquired the account at the store, the very same sales person who sold the activated the contract is unable to answer one single question that I have. This person suggested that I call the billing department. I am unable to reach anyone telephonically on 10210. I am absolutely wasting my time. A useless billing statement was received during the course of this week. I am billed for CLI presentation on a mi-fi router device. HELLOOOO!!! Anyone home. This is not a cell phone that is able to receive calls. As a matter of fact, this router does not even have a display window. How on earth can they bill for CLI presentation? </p> <p> </p>
