Clearwater Mall must be the worst branch

I went there today to test my router as it stopped working. To say that the staff were LESS than enthusiastic or just plain could not give a **** is actually an understatement. The exact reason they could not help me was : "our technician is not in today, we do not know where he is and we do not know when he will be in again" Unbelievable. I was sent to Cresta which was amazing with behold 3 on site technicians.
