Clearance letter

I was applying for finance and it appeared on the credit bureau that I still owe Telkom money. I went to the store 18th November to enquire about this and they looked it up and told me that I don't owe a thing. I asked for a clearance letter as the dealership needed it as proof that I owe nothing. The store said they can't assist and that I should call Telkom customer care to assist. I called immedietely and they adviced me that I will receive the letter via email within 72 hours. 72 hours lapsed and I called again and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Sechaba who gave me reference for the enquiry (Ref: ********** 0) and said I will get the letter in 48 hours. Again 48 hours lapsed and still nothing. I kept calling and getting similar responses with the time lapsing with no letter. Recently the call center agent CC'd me on a mail sent to his manager and nothing has been done since. Email content below:

"Good Morning

Please kindly assist the customer with the clearance later, stating that he does not owe Telkom anymore.

Here are the details of the customer:

Name of Customer: MR Vusani Badane

ID Number : ********** 658087

Case Number : ********** 0

Mobile Number : ********** 257 and ********** 786

Email address : **********

Please kindly email the clearance letter to the customer on the above email address.

Many thanks,

Silindelo Manqele"

This was sent to Sinenhlanhla Thabethe ********** on the 8th of December 2016. I still haven't received the letter or any feedback.
