Class Action Lawsuit

As per previous hello peter complaints and numerous calls from 23 December, with empty promises from Telkom managers and no follow up. TCF non adherence and total disregard for customers. Telkom has not even attended to my Hello peter complaints which shows how much a customer is valued.

As an individual a complaint is disregarded, this should be voiced and most definitely heard by a Class Action Lawsuit. Enough is enough and we should not settle for being disregarded or blatantly **** to by Telkom, their staff and management.

I highly doubt that Telkom would even respond to this and at this point it does not even matter as we have decided on our way forward.
