Class action against Telkom

About a month or two ago I made a review of Telkom here also about how useless their service and telephone center is and how I'm struggling to get them to stop subtracting money even 4 months after I've canceled my account with them. Well believe it or not, I'm still not rid of this useless idiots. I had to again today for the 4th time call their useless call center to only hear the same story that they will escalate the matter and lodge a complain about my account. I know by the 4th time now that this will again end up with nothing happening and end of this month I will again get a bill from them. Luckily I'm an attorney and in seeing so many people here complaining about the same problem with Telkom I'm now starting the process for a class action against Telkom. A class action is the only way to proceed against Telkom due to the fact that most of the times the amount that is in question is less than what your legal fees will be. In this way Telkom just keeps going with this bad service and frankly harassment of people.
