*** -----I wouldn't advice anyone to have relationship with you guy....soo disappointing

I have a mobile account with Telkom, I lost my phone and submitted my claim....last week Thursday I got my device after numerous followups with ***,,, strange though the phone came without a sim so 2 months I've been paying and not getting the benefits of my mobile contract. When I called telkom they said I should follow up with the insurance company.... so I would like to know why would the insurance company send a phone only if they have received the sim card ? The phone was to be delivered to where I stay ,,, but that didn't happen I had to go and fetch it at a police station .... Should this month end without me receiving a sim card,,,, I'm not gonna pay,,,, I can't paying until september ,,,without receiving my benefits. Worst service I received ....
