claim refused and still deducting my money every month on a lost phone, telkom insurance is profesional armed ******

Telkom insurance are the most useless insurance i know , i bought a phone and insured by Telkom, I lost the phone sent a claim up till now no positive answer, and i sent mail to stop deducting my money and yet they are still deducting my money paying for a lost phone what do we call that? professional *****ing . here is my claim ref no103458, will be glad if hellopeter can assist me ....paying money on a lost phone i really dont understand
