Claim of insurance for phone

I have email correspondence since 14 August 2020 regarding a claim which is still unresolved costing me loss of income and going to Telkom offices numerous times since my first claim. This is unacceptable and I want this issue resolved as soon as possible. always promises but nothing is resolved to date
