Claim not paid

I lost my phone and it was insured with Telkom insurance,I have sent them all relevant documents needed to process my claim on the 27th of June they sent me email informing me that my claim was received and sent for processing still today I haven't heard anything from them I called them almost every day getting same reply of they are still working on it and I am busy paying every month
