Claim no Tcoo5945

On the 20th of January my daughter was pick pocketed in Checkers N1 City and we made a police report on the 21st. On the 25th of January i submitted a claim for this and up until today im still waiting for an answer.

Phoned telkom insurance everyday simce the 25th and am told they are waiting on a usage report from Telkom. Why does it take almost two weeks to generate a report to show that the phone was not used when telkom can confirm the line has been suspended.

Everytime i call the call centre they claim the matter has been escalated but who is following up on the eacalation cannot be answered. This is very frustrating as now i pay for insurance each month but when it comes to a claim you can bet they will takr their own sweet time.

Where is the service Telkom!!!
