CLAIM FOR DAMAGES BY TELKOM TECHNICIAN

On the 24th February, Themba (Telekom Technician) came out to fix our landline.<br> He found it necessary to go onto the roof but when he tried climbing back down, the ladder slipped and damaged our gutter and broke a water pipe. Fortunately Themba did not fall. We had to get a plumber out urgently at a cost of R684. Themba phoned his supervisor, who promised to come out the next morning. No one has come out and he does not answer his phone. We are trying to lodge the claim but nobody at Telkom know who this can be done. Amazing ! If you owe them money, they disconnect immediately. If they owe you, you can't find anyone who can help you. Please help me<br> Thanks<br> Lorraine<br>
