Checking stock in our warehouse?

<p>i app**** and was approved for a dell laptop with router and was told the installment will come off then my devices will be couriered. the installment came off, i received a sms from telkom on the 21st feb that it will take 3-5 working days delivery, its day 6 and still nothing, i called the 10213 number waited 30 mins to be answered only for someone to speak to me like they dont know what im talking about and dont know when it will be delivered. i have been a loyal customer to telkom and always convincing people to switch over to telkom but now im having bad service and poor communication. i used the tracking number i was given for the devices which currently says "Checking stock in our warehouse" how can this be if i receive a tracking number for couriers. can i please get some clarity on this?</p>
