We took out a WiFi contract with them last year when they a 10GB + 10GB special on, everything was going well, except by second week of month I run out of data, thought it was normal, till Telkom starts calling almost daily, I think the contract is finishing, so we go in store to find out & to our shock, we on a 5GB + 5GB contract in which they can't explain why when we took the 10GB contract. We then told to call the head office to get a copy of the contract, but it can't be changed to the 10GB that we started playing for till next year march. They want the money each month, but won't give what we paying for. Bunch of cheats! Once its finished, I'm finished with them.
