Cheats and double debit orders

So, I have a Telkom Mobile Contract and for the last couple of months I havent had any problems with them, until yesterday 16:00. I recieved a sms to say that my account has been suspended. i get on the phone and call them and find out that they carge me for a returned debit order R200. But according to my bank statements I am paid up in full. I ask them what is the bank account number they have on their system. to my surprise, it is an account that has been dormant since February 2021. In February 2021 I called them to move my debit order to my new account which was done as to my bank statements showing it goes off every month. I now have 2 debit orders and they charge me R200 for a returned debit order which was supposed to be cancelled and moved to my new bank account. Never have I received any sms stating that I am in arrears so I am a little ****ed off because now I pay my account but for zero services. I want my account reopened NOW. and I shall not pay the arrears money for debit orders that went off an account that was explained to them that will be dormant.
