Cheating me out of my data

I have been a customer for two years and all of a sudden 6 months back I could not view my data balance,when I call the telkom call center I hold for almost an hour or more sometimes it just cuts after waiting to speak to someone or when I eventually get to speak to an agent they say they will send me setting which they never and tell me to download the telkom app but the app it self does not work#poorservice#cheatingmeoutofmydata..... Meanwhile my data is disapearing. I do not get help me and my husband will leave telkom. Very angry client
