Cheating and Theft
I purchased 500MB and 100MB of Telkom Mobile data for my home wifi through internet banking.
The data never showed. Telkom says they didnt get the money from my bank I must sort it out with my bank. But my bank statement shows the transactions went through.
Neither Telkom or the bank wants to take responsibility.
