Cheating and *****ing their way out of their own contracts

I have signed and agreed upon a new contract for a 10mb uncapped adsl line with Telkom, agreed upon R816 a month no pro rata added. I specifically asked for this due to the fact that the contract starts on the same date my old contract ends for that month. . Now the bill comes and the amount is R1326.91 after asking i was told they will suspend my account if I do not pay the full amount. I never agreed upon any amount above R816. I am so fed up with them, I have been struggling with no hope no answers and no feedback from Telkom. I want answers from Telkom head office who ever is in charge to tell me how you can ***** money from people and want us to keep quite and stay with you how come you see fit to not follow the contracts that you sign with your clients. I am done, I am going to the newspapers and the ombudsman as this is the last straw that you have done to me trying to ***** and cheat out of your own contracts. You will hear form me and my lawyers.
