Cheated by telkom

I was called by telecom's Tele consultant in 2019 selling me a contact which involves a cellphone and WiFi router and I agreed. They later called me to tell me that the router was not in stock so they Wil cancel the contract and only deliver the cellphone, which they did but apparently the contract was not cancelled. I only found out today when I inquired about how many month I still have left. They made me phone one place after the other for the whole day and even now No one has an answer. My query is still not solved
